Job Opening - Technical Purchasing Expert (Mechanical &HVAC)Al-Sulaymanyia Food & Dairy Production Ltd. Co.Baghdad, IraqWe are looking for a Technical Purchasing Expert (Mechanical & HVAC) to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC equipment, combined with solid procurement and supplier management experience.Key Responsibilities:V Source and negotiate with local suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.V Manage the full procurement cycle, including RFQs, bid evaluations, technical and commercial comparisons, and contract finalization.V Procure mechanical spare parts and HVAC equipment while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.V Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure timely material availability and prevent operational downtime.V Track purchase orders from placement through final delivery.V Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and purchasing documentation.V Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.Key Requirements:V Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field./ Proven experience in technical procurement, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries.V Strong knowledge of mechanical spare parts, HVAC systems, pipes, fittings, valves, and related equipment.V Experience with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.V Familiarity with Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) and procurement logistics.V Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.V Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.V Good command of English.V This opportunity is open to Iraqi nationals only.Why Join Us?Growth-oriented environment.~ Career development opportunities.• Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Email: [email protected]: +964 771 846 1167https://Inkd.in/d-sfYh5PPlease send your CV with the job title "TechnicalPurchasing Expert (Mechanical & HVAC)" in the subject line.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#Hiring #TechnicalPurchasing #Procurement #MechanicalEngineering #HVAC #SupplyChain #FMCG#JobsIn|raq #BaghdadJobs #CareerOpportunity #IraqiTalent
