Technical Sales Engineer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare pre-qualification, material submittal, shop drawings documents for each project. * Update the load/design calculation for several applications (e.g., void filling/landscaping/planters/ramps/etc.) * Develop the U-value calculation requirement per project based on the fundamental norms of Wall/Column/Beam/EIFS- façade/Soffit/Roof Applications and the Local Authority requirements using DM & ESTIDAMA calculators and provide full thermal study for building/villa accordingly. Method of fixation "MOF" (drawings). * Fill up ESTIDAMA Material Questionnaire and DGBR (Dubai Green Building Regulations & Specifications) and all related letters. * Method of Statement "MOS" (typed). * Compliance statement against the project's specifications. * Study the competitive products and provide comparison against STYRO products. * Provide new catalogues that reflect a strong technical base. * Propose the suitable density. * Follow up with pending projects and proposals. * Develop strong comparisons to highlight STYRO products' engineering properties. * Update the technical detais/drawings/MOS/MOF/ITP/Technical letters/etc. * Develop load/design calculation for several applications (void filling/ landscaping/planters'/ramps/etc.). * Propose alternative thermal systems solutions for the main contractor and consultant. Proposed alternative filling systems solutions that suit the projects technical and commercial requirements. * Developing technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors. * Follow up with the colleagues to get consultants' approvals (e.g. mockup/sample/MOF/etc.) * Processing the Sales orders using SAP. * Attend the technical meeting once required from the contractor or consultant. * Follow the tender stage, under construction project to specify STYRO product with the Technical Team support. * To follow the standards which are related to our products/ system. * Prepare visit report and to be submitted to the Technical Manager. * Joining the Technical Team on their visits. * Make sure all emails received to technical department are replied to and follow up with the manager to get a reply and send back to the client or other department. * Follow up with manager to update the status on all open Opportunities in the technical dept on SAP.
