Telesales Agent

Next Door Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate quality leads for our property consultants. Experience in real estate telesales will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases and marketing leads. * Introduce real estate projects and investment opportunities to potential buyers and investors. * Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and interest level. * Schedule appointments for property consultants and sales managers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. * Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads until conversion. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. * Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information. * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, or call center experience. * Strong communication and persuasion skills in English. * Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other languages will be an added advantage. * Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality. * Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. * Real estate telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
