Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out / MEP)

We Are Hiring – Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out / MEP) **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate **cost estimates** for Fit-Out / MEP projects based on drawings and specifications * Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements * Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations * Prepare **tender submissions**, pricing, and commercial proposals * Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons * Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams * Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records * Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) * Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in Fit-Out / MEP estimation & tendering * Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and suppliers in UAE * Proficient in **AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software** * Ability to read drawings and prepare BOQ accurately * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Work Location: In person
