#### **Role Overview**
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator in Jeddah to oversee the organizational training strategy for the operations team, drive achievement of FHS (Food Happiness Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) through operational excellence, and assess training impact. You’ll identify training and developmental needs and design initiatives/programs that build and promote Training Culture in the company while working across departments to get the team up to speed in their specific vertical. The ideal candidate will help the MP (Mountain Peak) to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like FHS by enhancing the team’s skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
#### **Main Responsibilities**
**Planning and Coordination:**
* Coordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainers
* Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure availability and alignment with training objectives and training-related projects
* Collaborate closely with HR and ensure each team member has proper onboarding
* Responsible for updating the onboarding and planned calendar for all team members
**Participant Management:**
* Ensure new joiners are following the training schedule as per the training calendar
* Update and assist trainers in quiz and survey links, and coordinate with the Training Team
* Attend all meetings related to training topics
* Responsible for giving the knowledge assessment exam during probation or if needed
* Responsible for conducting quarterly knowledge assessments for all Team Members
* Conduct or assist in train-the-trainer sessions with the help of other stakeholders
**Administrative Tasks:**
* Design and prepare Training tools like curriculum, SOPs, or presentations/videos
* Ensure training materials, such as session slides, quizzes, and surveys, are prepared for the trainers
* Prepare training-related documentation, such as training agendas, handouts, and certificates.
* Handle post-training tasks, such as compiling feedback from participants and trainers
* Responsible for updating the profile and training progress for each team member on the Database
**Communication:**
* Coordinate with the Training Manager or other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs.
* Collaborate with HR in making sure that new joiners are encoded on the System
* Collaborate with the Training Managers, Operations Team, and Cross-Functional Teams on other SOPs that need to be documented
* Serve as a liaison between trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
**Analysis, Evaluation, and Reporting:**
* Identify training needs and gaps within operations and create targeted training to address deviations / non-conformance
* Collect feedback from trainees and trainers after each session to evaluate training effectiveness. (Post-survey Evaluation)
* Analyze training data and prepare reports on key metrics such as participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, and training impact (post-evaluation) on employees’ skills and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
* Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results
**Monitoring and Tracking:**
* Create a Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Training Calendar for the Team Members, tailor-fit for their needs and roles
* Monitor and update training progress in the implementation plan
* Regularly check all updates for all operational-related SOPs. Schedule a Document Audit if needed
* Responsible for controlling, organizing, and storing all training databases
* Record all completed training sessions in the database
#### **Training & Development Support**
* Coordinate and organize training sessions for kitchen teams, ensuring all logistics, materials, and attendance are properly arranged.
* Assist SMEs (subject-matter experts) and on-floor trainers during basic training sessions when needed, without handling highly technical content.
* Support onboarding by preparing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring new joiners receive all required training touchpoints.
* Maintain updated training records, SOP revisions, and refresher training trackers to support compliance and consistency.
* Reinforce alignment with company policies and standards through follow-ups, reminders, and proper documentation, without overlapping QC / SMEs/ Trainers.
