UAE National Electrical Engineer (Emiratization)

### **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UAE National Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team as part of our Emiratization initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and supervision of the installation of electrical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions for various projects within the UAE. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct detailed design and analysis of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, NEC, IEC). * Prepare technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation using relevant software tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and Revit. * Perform calculations for load analysis, voltage drop, short circuit, and coordination studies to ensure system reliability and safety. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, civil, architectural) to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs. * Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions. * Develop and implement maintenance procedures for electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for stakeholders. * Stay abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in electrical engineering, particularly those relevant to the UAE market. * Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and site visits as required. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
