UAE National Mechanical Engineer ( Emiratization)

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to grow professionally within a supportive environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial machinery, using CAD software and engineering principles. * Conduct detailed engineering analysis, calculations, and simulations (e.g., stress, thermal, fluid dynamics) to validate designs and ensure optimal performance and safety. * Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, codes (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME, local UAE building codes), and project requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, civil engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly into overall project plans. * Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality control procedures. * Perform site inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues during construction and operation phases, proposing effective and timely solutions. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned mechanical engineering tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. * Conduct regular maintenance planning and support for existing mechanical infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventative measures. * Stay abreast of the latest mechanical engineering technologies, trends, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development. * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for internal stakeholders and clients. * Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
