Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG / UTM) Technican

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage survey operations, steel estimation, and technical reporting. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge in UTM-based classification, steel estimation, and class & cap surveys, and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver accurate and timely results. Key Responsibilities & Technical Responsibilities * Prepare and review all classification reports based on UTM data * Perform steel estimation for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards * Conduct and supervise Class & Cap surveys * Analyze survey data and prepare detailed technical reports * Ensure all survey and estimation work meets project specifications and regulatory requirements Team Lead Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and mentor the survey and estimation team * Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients * Review team outputs for quality, accuracy, and consistency * Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site or office-based issues Requirements / Qualifications * Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field * Proven experience in UTM classification reports, steel estimation, and class & cap surveys * Strong leadership and team management skills * Proficiency in relevant survey and estimation software * Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination abilities Preferred Skills * Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
