**Position: Uniform Designer cum Production Manager** Ajman, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly experienced, creative, and commercially driven Uniform Designer & Production Manager to lead the end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of bespoke uniform projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in fashion or uniform production, capable of managing the complete workflow from concept development and technical design to sourcing, production coordination, client management, and creative collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong commercial awareness, excellent communication abilities, and a refined understanding of both aesthetics and functionality within the uniform and apparel industry. This position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments including production, sales, marketing, branding, and social media teams, while maintaining professional coordination with international suppliers, factories, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** · Design Development & Technical Execution: o Develop and design bespoke uniforms, capsule collections, and customized apparel solutions in line with client requirements and brand identity o Prepare professional design presentations, mood boards, technical sketches, and product specifications o Create detailed technical packs and production-ready documentation for factories and manufacturing partners o Develop precise flat illustrations and garment technical drawings for production purposes · Prepare comprehensive garment specifications including: o Measurements and grading o Construction details o Fabric and trim specifications o Branding placements o Sewing and finishing instructions o Utilize industry-standard software including: o Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop o Coordinate fittings, sample developments, and product refinements o Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, durability, and brand standards o Conduct continuous research on market trends, fabrics, trims, and production innovations · Production & Operations Management: o Oversee the complete production lifecycle from sampling through final delivery o Coordinate effectively with factories, technical teams, pattern makers, tailors, and production partners o Manage production timelines and ensure timely execution of all projects o Monitor product quality and maintain production standards throughout all stages o Proactively resolve technical and production-related challenges o Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced environment o Ensure all production aligns accurately with approved samples and technical specifications o Maintain clear communication regarding production progress internally and externally · Sourcing & International Vendor Coordination: o Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and production materials aligned with project requirements o Coordinate with international suppliers, agents, and manufacturing partners across multiple countries o Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms while maintaining target margins o Evaluate supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines o Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and production partners o Travel when required for sourcing, production follow-ups, client meetings, or operational requirements · Commercial & Client Relations: o Professionally manage communication with both new and existing clients o Support business development initiatives and contribute to client acquisition efforts o Attend client presentations, meetings, and project discussions when required o Understand client branding objectives and translate them into functional, premium uniform solutions o Present design concepts, fabrics, and production proposals confidently and professionally o Demonstrate strong sales acumen and relationship-building abilities to secure projects and maintain long-term partnerships o Provide proactive follow-up regarding approvals, sampling, production updates, and deliveries o Represent the company with professionalism and discretion at all times · Creative Collaboration & Brand Content: o Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and social media teams to support visual content creation o Assist in coordinating product shoots, campaign content, behind-the-scenes production coverage, and brand presentations o Contribute creative direction and ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives o Support the development of lookbooks, presentations, and visual brand assets o Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creative and production materials **Candidate Requirements:** o Minimum 4–5 years of experience within uniform production, fashion production, garment manufacturing, or a related field o Strong technical knowledge of garment constructio
