This is a field sales and business development role requiring active client acquisition, networking, prospecting, meetings, presentations, and closing business opportunities across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across various industries within the UAE. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic business development activities. * Meet business owners, marketing managers, directors, and key decision-makers. * Present and promote the company's digital marketing solutions and services. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and sales reporting tools. * Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies. * Negotiate contracts and close deals. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. **Candidate Profile :** We are looking for a true sales hunter who: * Has a minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience within the UAE. * Has existing industry contacts and a strong professional network. * Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Is confident approaching new clients and generating business opportunities. * Is resilient, persistent, and capable of handling rejection positively. * Has strong relationship-building abilities. * Maintains a professional appearance and pleasant personality. * Is self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently. * Can perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. * Has excellent spoken and written English.
