Accountant and Procurement Officer Required – BAZ Arena BAZ Arena in Abu Dhabi is hiring an accountant to work during the morning shift. The role includes: * Handling and organizing all accounting tasks related to BAZ Arena under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager. * Entering and reviewing invoices, expenses, and purchases in the accounting system. * Managing procurement activities and communicating with suppliers by phone and from the office. * Following up on purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules. * Receiving and verifying morning deliveries and ensuring they match the approved purchase requests and invoices. * Organizing and maintaining accounting documents, records, and procurement reports. Requirements: * Relevant experience in accounting and procurement. * Proficiency in accounting systems and computer applications. * Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers. * A valid driving licence and a personal car, with the ability to commute reliably to the workplace. * Accuracy, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
