Accountant

We’re hiring: Accountant | Click Iraq 📍 Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Click Iraq is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and maintain accurate reporting across our projects. Key Responsibilities Record daily transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collection follow-ups. Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and petty cash. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Support payroll preparation and verify payments and deductions. Track project expenses, budgets, and profitability. Maintain financial documentation and support audits and applicable tax filings. Work with management and project teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management. Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams. Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity while protecting confidential financial information is a plus.
