Whether you are an experienced finance practitioner or a motivated professional with strong accounting fundamentals, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. 📌 Job SummaryThe Accountant will manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), data entry, invoice processing, bank and account reconciliations, payroll verification, tax compliance, and assist with financial reporting. 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAP & AR Management: Process supplier invoices, prepare customer invoices, and manage Accounts Receivable & Payable. Financial Recording & Reconciliations: Record daily financial transactions accurately, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and reconcile customer/supplier accounts. Tax & Payroll Support: Check payroll calculations, attendance, deductions, income tax, and assist with Iraqi government and international tax documentation. Financial Reporting & Audits: Support the Finance Manager/CFO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and assist with audits. Record Keeping: Maintain confidential financial records, verify and file invoices, and perform additional duties as assigned. 🎯 Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (AP/AR focus).Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll, Iraqi income tax, MS Excel, and accounting software.
