Accountant Manager

**ACCOUNTS MANAGER** **Location:** Business Bay, Dubai **Job Type:** Full-time **Joining:** Immediate **Job Description** Our company looking for an experienced **Accounts Manager** to oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and hands-on experience with **Zoho Books**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **3–5 years of UAE accounting experience** (Consultancy or General Trading experience preferred). * **Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance. * Experience in financial reporting, auditing support, and general accounting. * Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. * Maintain accurate financial records using **Zoho Books**. * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. * Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing. * Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. * Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts. * Maintain legal and financial documentation. * Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **General Trading** or **Consultancy** companies. * Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and compliance requirements. * Experience managing multiple company accounts is an advantage. **Salary:** Competitive salary based on experience.
