**About VOX Furniture UAE** VOX Furniture is a growing furniture and building material retail company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing quality home interiors and exteriors furnishings to customers across the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented Odoo Accountant to join our finance team and help streamline our accounting operations. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Odoo Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth integration between Odoo's accounting module and other business processes. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP accounting module, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger * Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations within Odoo * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Assist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations (FTA) * Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting * Reconcile inter-company transactions and inventory accounts * Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate transaction recording * Support month-end and year-end closing processes * Assist external auditors during audits by providing necessary documentation * Identify and suggest improvements to Odoo workflows and accounting procedures Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year hands-on using Odoo ERP * Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting * Knowledge of IFRS standards * Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) What We Offer * Competitive salary of AED 5,000 per month * Opportunity to work with a growing brand in Dubai's furniture market * Exposure to end-to-end Odoo ERP operations * Supportive team environment How to Apply Send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line: **"Application for Odoo Accountant — [Your Name]"** Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
