Accountant referral laboratory experienced 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities: \* Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on time. \* Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable. \* Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. \* Cross-check and monitor scheduled payments, supplier payments, and customer receipts. \* Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers. \* Prepare VAT calculations, VAT returns, and ensure UAE VAT compliance. \* Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. \* Handle daily accounting transactions and journal entries. \* Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports. \* Monitor cash flow and prepare payment schedules. \* Verify purchase invoices and expense claims. \* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding billing and collections. \* Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents. \* Assist with internal and external audits. \* Maintain confidentiality of financial information. \* Support management with financial analysis and budgeting. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. \* 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a referral laboratory or healthcare industry. \* Expert knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). \* Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance. \* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. \* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. \* Experience in handling high-volume client invoicing and payment follow-up is preferred.
