AMC & Fit-Out Sales Manager

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and motivated AMC & Fit-Out Sales Manager to lead and expand our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Fit-Out business. The ideal candidate must have a strong market presence, an established client network, and proven expertise in generating new business opportunities within the UAE market, particularly in the fire fighting sectors, We have Agency equipment, DCD approved for fire alarm, emergency lighting system & fire cable along with AMC Business. **Key Responsibilities** * · Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the AMC and Fit-Out business. * Identify, pursue, and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Fit-Out projects. * Leverage existing market relationships and business connections to generate new clients and expand the customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, developers, and end users. * Promote and sell the company’s in-house fire fighting materials and equipment, along with AMC services and Fit Out solution * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the department. * Coordinate closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to strengthen the company's market position. **Qualifications & Experience** * Minimum 6 years of proven experience in AMC and Fit-Out Sales, preferably in the Fire Fighting, MEP, or Building Services industry. * Strong knowledge of the UAE market with an established client database and business network. * Demonstrated ability to develop business, secure contracts, and build long-term client relationships. * Experience in marketing and selling fire fighting maintenance services, in-house fire fighting materials, and equipment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Strong business development, planning, and leadership abilities. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. **SALARY PACKAGE – 8 to 10K + CAR + PETROL + SALES COMMISSION** Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
