**Position Title:** Application Engineer **Location:** Heliopolis, Cairo (Obour Buildings – Salah Salem Road) **Company:** Regency Gate S.A.E – Authorized Distributor of WILO **Employment Type:** Full-Time | On-Site **Position Summary** **Regency Gate S.A.E**, the authorized distributor of **WILO** in Egypt, is expanding its technical team and seeking a qualified and motivated **Application Engineer** to join our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who want to play an active role in shaping customer solutions, driving technical excellence, and supporting the sales cycle from pre-sales to project closure. The Application Engineer will act as a **technical partner**, working closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants to ensure product selection accuracy, timely quotations, and seamless project coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with **consultants, contractors, and project developers**. * Review customer inquiries and **carry out accurate technical selections** based on project requirements. * Prepare and send quotations, ensuring alignment with specifications and pricing strategies. * Follow up on quotations and coordinate with the sales team to support deal closure. * Manage **project reservation workflows**, ensuring updates are tracked and communicated clearly. * Maintain accurate CRM records for project activities, quotations, and technical communications. * Represent WILO’s product line with professionalism in client meetings, presentations, and proposals. * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure client satisfaction. * Stay up to date with WILO product developments and attend technical training sessions as required. * Provide post-sale technical support and coordinate documentation for handover as needed. **Candidate Profile** **Education & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Power Engineering**. * 1 to 5+ years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or system design (preferably within MEP, pump, or HVAC fields). **Core Skills:** * Strong understanding of pump systems and mechanical equipment. * Proficient in technical software, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. **Preferred Attributes:** * High level of professionalism and attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and technical accuracy. * Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. **Interview Requirements** **Shortlisted candidates will be required to:** * Present a clear personal mission and vision for 1, 3, and 5 years. * Review and understand WILO’s product portfolio: https://wilo.com/eg/en/ **Interview Attire:** Formal business suit **Interview Activity:** Perform a live technical selection and present a project-based proposal. **Application Instructions** **To apply, please complete the recruitment form at:** http://regencygate.com/recruitment-form **For inquiries, contact us via:** **WhatsApp:** 01000060515 * **Email:** [email protected] Industry * Construction Employment Type Full-time Edit job description Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Application Development: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
