Architectural Draughtsman - Fitout

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Architectural Draftsman - Fitout** with **04-07 years of experience** in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing detailed fit-out shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications, design intent, and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate and detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and construction details. * Develop detailed production and fabrication drawings for custom furniture, joinery, and interior finishes. * Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design and construction issues. * Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion. * Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client requirements. * Support the project team with drawing coordination throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. * **4 - 07 years of proven experience** as a Fit-Out Draftsman in the interior fit-out industry. * Strong knowledge of detailed fit-out shop drawings and construction detailing. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is mandatory. * Excellent understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery details, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, and furniture detailing. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
