Job Description Directs all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration & sales Assesses local market conditions & identifies current and prospective sales opportunities Develops forecasts, financial objectives & business plans Addresses customer & employee satisfaction issues promptly Networks to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company Shares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs Locates areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities Prepares reports on sales Creates sales orders or contracts for products or services Creates sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are met Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical working environment Effective communication & interpersonal skills Effective team leadership skills Excellent selling, prospecting & customer service skills Excellent decision making & problem-solving skills
