The position combines client coordination, project follow-up, influencer and celebrity relations, events, production coordination, on-ground execution, and occasional content participation.About THE THIRD ACTTHE THIRD ACT is a marketing, branding, growth, consulting, and creative execution company.THE THIRD ACT LLC is registered in the United States and operates through its Baghdad Operations Office.Location:Al-Qadisiyah, Sham Center Building, 3rd Floor, Apartment 6, Baghdad, IraqWebsite:www.the-3rdact.comEmail:[email protected] Responsibilities• Coordinate between clients and the internal team.• Follow up on requests, approvals, meetings, timelines, shoots, and deliverables.• Attend meetings and represent THE THIRD ACT professionally.• Coordinate with influencers, celebrities, creators, models, production teams, and partners.• Support shoots, events, activations, campaigns, and on-ground projects.• Coordinate locations, products, schedules, participants, and requirements.• Travel within Baghdad, with occasional travel outside Baghdad when required.• Participate in company and client social media content when needed.• Be comfortable appearing on camera.Who We Are Looking For• Confident, presentable, communicative, organized, and dependable.• Comfortable dealing with clients, influencers, creators, and different personalities.• Able to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent follow-up.• Comfortable working from the office and on-ground.• Flexible regarding meetings, shoots, events, and travel.• Comfortable in front of the camera.• Interested in marketing, branding, social media, events, and creative industries.• Responsive during working days.English is required, with a good basic level for work-related communication.Previous experience in marketing, advertising, agencies, events, client relations, or content creation is a plus but not mandatory.Working Structure6 days per week.Sunday to Thursday:8 working hours per day.Saturday:Remote.Friday:Weekly day off.The position is flexible and does not follow traditional fingerprint attendance or fixed daily check-in/check-out times.Working hours and locations may vary depending on project requirements.Performance is measured through responsibility, responsiveness, execution quality, and results.SalaryIQD 850,000 – 1,250,000 per monthFinal compensation depends on experience, communication skills, English proficiency, relationship management, and suitability for content participation.How to ApplySend your CV via WhatsApp only:07809999979Please do not call.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted after CV review.
