Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CAD Rebar Detailer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a CAD Rebar Detailer, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed rebar drawings and specifications for reinforced concrete structures using advanced CAD software. * Develop accurate and detailed rebar drawings using CAD software for various reinforced concrete structures * Interpret structural drawings and specifications to create comprehensive rebar detailing plans * Calculate and specify rebar quantities, sizes, and placement according to project requirements and building codes * Collaborate with structural engineers and construction teams to ensure proper implementation of rebar designs * Review and verify rebar drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards * Prepare material lists and quantity takeoffs for procurement purposes * Troubleshoot and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in rebar layouts * Stay updated on the latest building codes, standards, and best practices in rebar detailing * Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all projects **Qualifications** * Associate's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in rebar detailing or related field * Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit * Strong knowledge of rebar detailing practices and reinforced concrete structures * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications accurately * Excellent mathematical and spatial reasoning skills * Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Understanding of building codes and standards related to reinforced concrete structures * Knowledge of construction practices and methodologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Relevant certifications in CAD software or rebar detailing (preferred) * Willingness to adapt to the local construction practices in Dubai and the UAE **Additional Information** What We’re Looking For: On-Role, Long-Term Opportunity Immediate Joiners Preferred 5+ years of experience in respective BIM disciplines Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Strong clash detection & coordination expertise Knowledge of Middle East building codes & standards (LOD 200-500) Excellent problem-solving & teamwork skills *Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.*
