**Job Title:** Carpentry Foreman (Urgent Hiring) **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are urgently looking for **an experienced Carpentry Foreman** to join our construction team under carpentry division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on carpentry experience, and the ability to supervise site activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage daily carpentry works. * Lead and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors. * Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Plan work schedules and allocate manpower effectively. * Ensure work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards. * Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements. * Enforce health and safety regulations at all times. * Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to resolve site issues. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Carpentry Foreman. * Experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects. * Ability to read construction drawings. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. **Apply Now:** If you meet the above requirements and are available to join immediately, we encourage you to apply.
