CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

• Lead daily operations in Erbil & Sulaymaniyah• Manage teams, riders, compliance & SOPs• Monitor client dashboards, SLAs & fleet requirements• Review cash flow, revenue, payouts & daily audits• Control operational costs and prepare budgets/forecasts• Manage Social Security & Income Tax compliance🔹 REQUIREMENTS• Experience in Operations, Fleet Management, Logistics or 3PL• Strong knowledge of audits, cash handling & financial reconciliation• Experience with Talabat Fleet Partner Portal is required• Knowledge of KRG/Iraq government portals & tax procedures• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills• Kurdish & English required; Arabic is an advantage
