***Civil Engineer – Project Manager*** **Company: I Design Consulting & Engineering LLC** **Location: Fujairah, UAE** **Job Type: Full-time – Office and Site-based** **Salary: AED 7,000–8,000 per month** ***Job Description*** I Design Consulting & Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Project Manager to manage and supervise building projects in Fujairah and other locations within the UAE. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, site supervision and project-management capabilities and must be able to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants and authorities. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Manage construction projects from commencement through completion and handover. * Supervise site activities and monitor quality, progress and compliance. * Review construction drawings, specifications and contract requirements. * Prepare and monitor project programmes, work plans and progress schedules. * Lead site meetings and issue professional meeting minutes and follow-up reports. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and engineering disciplines. * Review contractor submissions, material submittals, shop drawings and method statements. * Monitor manpower, materials and site progress. * Identify delays and technical risks and recommend corrective action. * Review variations, claims, payment applications and project correspondence. * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable regulations. * Prepare progress reports for management and clients. * Manage snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover procedures. * Work between the office and project sites as required. ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of relevant construction and project-management experience. * Strong experience in site supervision and building construction. * Strong leadership, communication and administrative skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues professionally. * Good knowledge of construction contracts, project documentation and quality control. * UAE project experience is strongly preferred. * Experience with engineering consultancy supervision is an advantage. * Knowledge of UAE authorities and Fujairah Municipality procedures is an advantage. * Good written and spoken English. * Arabic language skills are an advantage. * UAE driving licence is preferred. *Interview Process* * *Initial and technical interviews will be conducted online through Zoom.
