Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Healthcare management certification is an advantage. * Aesthetic or cosmetic industry training is preferred. Experience * Minimum 2-5 years of management experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery center, dermatology clinic, dental clinic, luxury healthcare, or medical spa. * Proven experience managing clinic operations and achieving sales targets. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Strong understanding of patient journey and customer service excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management * Manage the daily operations of the clinic. * Ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling. * Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety, and presentation. * Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation. Team Leadership * Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance. * Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. * Develop staff schedules and manage attendance. * Foster a positive, high-performance work culture. Patient Experience * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey. * Handle patient concerns and complaints promptly. * Improve patient retention and loyalty. * Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements. Sales & Business Development * Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. * Monitor treatment conversion rates. * Increase package sales and patient retention. * Develop promotional campaigns with the marketing team. * Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities. Financial Management * Prepare budgets and monitor expenses. * Manage operational costs while maintaining service quality. * Review daily revenue and financial reports. * Monitor inventory and control wastage. Compliance & Quality * Ensure compliance with DHA healthcare regulations. * Maintain licensing and accreditation requirements. * Enforce infection control and patient safety protocols. * Maintain accurate documentation and records. Inventory & Vendor Management * Manage medical consumables and retail products. * Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts. * Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages. Reporting * Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. * Monitor KPIs and present performance updates to management. * Develop action plans to improve clinic performance.
