CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer

**Job Summary:** We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and programming using G-code and CAD/CAM software. You’ll play a key role in producing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts per specifications * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications * Create and modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software. * Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions * Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) * Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and safe * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tooling, or programs * Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer (2+ years preferred) * Proficient in CNC programming using G-code and CAM software * Strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and tooling * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits:** * Overtime opportunities * Health insurance * Paid holidays & Ticket Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
