Job Title: Commissioning Engineer – Process (BP Iraq Project)**   Location: Iraq (BP Oil Fields)   Project: Chinese NOC & BP-Operated Oil Field Development (Crude Oil Treatment Facilities)   Rotation: Commissioning Phase – 4/1; O&M Phase – 2/1 (months on/off)   Compensation: Home Office – $1,000/mo; Site – $3,000–$3,500/mo; Leave – 20% base; site accommodation/meals/transport provided. No family status.   --- ### Role Overview   Seeking an experienced Process Commissioning Engineer to lead pre-commissioning, start-up, and handover of crude oil treatment facilities on a major BP-operated project in Iraq. Ensure safe, efficient system commissioning in line with BP standards.   --- ### Requirements & Responsibilities   - BP project experience is mandatory – must have worked on at least one BP-operated project.   - Extensive crude oil treatment experience – proven hands-on commissioning of separators, dehydrators, desalters, stabilizers, heaters, and export pumps.   - Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including flushing, pressure testing, inerting, and hydrocarbon introduction.   - Develop and review commissioning procedures, test plans, and work packs per BP engineering standards.   - Troubleshoot process issues during start-up and performance testing; coordinate with operations, HSE, and construction for seamless handover.   - Prepare progress reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation.   - Ensure strict compliance with BP HSE standards and local regulations.   - Bachelor’s in Chemical/Process Engineering + 8+ years oil & gas experience (4+ years in process commissioning).   - Strong P&ID, cause & effect, and process safety knowledge.   - Available for 7-day weeks, 12-hour shifts in remote field conditions.   - Fluent English (written & spoken).   Preferred: Rumaila field experience; familiarity with BP commissioning systems (GOC, OMS); international rotational assignments in the Middle East.   --- ### How to Apply   Send CV + brief summary of your BP project and crude oil treatment experience to: [email protected] Subject: *Your Name – Process – BP*
