Construction Project Manager

Project Overview: The project consists of Three residential towers, each exceeding 30 floors, including all associated structural, architectural, and MEP works. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the overall execution of the project, ensuring all construction activities (structural, architectural, and MEP) are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, budget, and schedule. - Develop, monitor, and control project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery. - Oversee and coordinate all project teams including site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements throughout all project phases. - Manage project budget, cost control, and financial reporting, including forecasting and cost optimization. - Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently. - Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed reports on project status, risks, and performance. - Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals in coordination with technical teams. - Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones. - Maintain strong coordination between (Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE) to ensure integrated project delivery. - Identify staffing needs and recruit or mobilize external engineers and technical staff as required to support project execution. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 10–20 years of construction experience. - Minimum 5–8 years in a project management role. - Strong experience in high-rise or large-scale projects is highly preferred. - Proven leadership, decision-making, and project management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
