Data Center Project Coordinator

Data Center company The Project Coordinator will support project planning, reporting, coordination, and governance activities. The role ensures effective communication between stakeholders, tracks project actions and risks, and supports successful execution of MEP and data center projects.Key Responsibilities-Support project planning and schedule management.-Prepare periodic progress reports and management dashboards.-Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, vendors, and client teams.-Monitor project action items and ensure timely closure.-Maintain project logs, trackers, and documentation.-Support risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation activities.-Track project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.-Organize project meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.-Follow up on outstanding actions with stakeholders.-Support project controls, governance, and reporting requirements.-Ensure document control and proper maintenance of project records.-Assist project managers with coordination and execution activities.Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.3+ years of project coordination or PMO experience.-Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.-Experience in MEP, infrastructure, or data center projects.How to apply:Please build an exceptional candidate profile on www.employiq.net and apply through the (jobs) button.Send your CV on ( [email protected] ) titling your email with(Data Center Project Coordinator - EmployIQ )Only short-listed candidates will be contacted
