Job description The Denter is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications. The role ensures repairs meet SAS quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards while maintaining workshop productivity and compliance with health and safety requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities Repair dents, creases, collision damage, and structural deformations. Straighten damaged vehicle bodies using approved frame alignment equipment. Remove and install damaged body panels, doors, fenders, bumpers, roofs, quarter panels, and related components. Perform panel beating, metal shaping, and alignment using specialized tools. Carry out welding, spot welding, brazing, and cutting operations according to Toyota repair standards. Ensure correct panel gaps, body alignment, and dimensional accuracy. Verify repairs comply with SAS Hayakal repair manuals and manufacturer specifications. Conduct self-inspections before handing vehicles to the next repair stage. Correct defects identified during quality inspections. Ensure repaired vehicles are structurally sound and aesthetically acceptable. Operate dent repair equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain body repair tools, welding machines, hydraulic equipment, and measuring devices. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment promptly. Follow SAS-Hayakal workshop safety procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Handle hazardous materials according to environmental and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principle Residency: Preference is often given to candidates already residing in Erbil Technical Skills & Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in a dealership workshop or a reputable body and paint shop
