Raban Al Safina Group Al-Munesh (AMC) Deputy Managing Director Hospitality, Restaurants & Events Al-Munesh (AMC), part of Raban Al Safina Group, is seeking a Deputy Managing Director to support company leadership and coordinate hospitality, restaurant and event operations. Key Responsibilities Translate company plans into coordinated daily and weekly operating priorities. Oversee assigned restaurant, central production and event activities, resolving staffing and service constraints. Coordinate purchasing, inventory, logistics, administration and operational teams. Monitor budgets, food and labour costs, service quality and operational performance. Support major conference and event planning, supplier coordination, mobilization and execution. Develop managers, reinforce procedures and represent the Managing Director within delegated authority. Requirements Proven senior management experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, catering or event services. Strong administrative leadership and practical experience coordinating multiple departments or locations. Demonstrated planning and organizational ability, including delivery during peak demand and major events. Working command of budgets, cost control, staffing, inventory and service performance. Ability to lead operational managers and maintain food safety, consistent service and effective logistics.
