I'm currently recruiting for a Deputy Production Manager to support the development of a giant oilfield in Basra, Iraq. Department: SubsurfaceLocation: Basra, IraqRotation: 28/28Duration: 12 months renewableCriteria & Qualifications required •           University Degree in an Engineering discipline. MSc desirable•           Track record of Safety Leadership•           Proven Risk management responsibilities and proven ability to apply strategic thinking and prioritization•           Deep discipline knowledge encompassing the full breadth of departmental activities•           Proven track record of delivery and wide-ranging cross-functional experience working in integrated, fast paced working environment•           Fluent English and good presentation skills with effective interdisciplinary communication and oilfield development skills•           Strong communication skills and presentation techniques•           Proficient in hiring, coaching and mentoring personnel•           People management and influencing skills (including technical and leadership development experience)•           Experience in driving the M&T agenda of a department/business•           Ability to manage high activity environment with tight deadlineshttps://lnkd.in/e_iWqVKT
