Draftsman- Landscape+ Pool

**Key ResponsibilitiesLandscape Design & Drafting** * Prepare concept and detailed landscape drawings based on project requirements. * Develop shop drawings for softscape and hardscape works, including levels, coordinates, and layouts. * Prepare irrigation drawings, including main lines, sprinkler systems, and drip irrigation layouts. * Prepare sections, quantity layouts, and technical details for landscape works. **Swimming Pool & Water Feature Drawings** * Prepare detailed swimming pool drawings, including layouts, levels, finishes, and sections. * Develop pool structural drawings and related technical details. * Prepare drawings for water features such as fountains, waterfalls, ponds, and artificial streams. * Coordinate pool and water feature drawings with MEP systems, including pumps, filtration, drainage, and lighting. * Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and authority standards. **Technical Drawings & Project Support** * Prepare as-built drawings for project handover. * Prepare NOC drawings and authority submission drawings when required. * Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings and proposal drawings. * Assist in landscape design development and technical detailing. * Update drawings based on design changes and site conditions. **Coordination & Documentation** * Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams regarding drawing requirements. * Revise drawings based on comments and approvals. * Ensure all drawings are accurate, updated, and submitted within project timelines. * Maintain proper drawing records and revisions. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Landscape Draughtsman in landscaping projects. * Strong experience in **landscaping, swimming pools, and water features** is mandatory. * Good knowledge of structural and MEP coordination. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and drafting software**. * Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. * UAE landscaping experience is preferred.
