Estimation Engineer

**Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Oil & Gas** We are seeking an experienced **Estimation Engineer** to prepare accurate cost estimates for Fabrication and Installation cost in oil & gas projects for equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers), Process skid packages (Pipe spools and Skid Structures, E & I etc). The role involves reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings and client requirements, to comply and preparing competitive estimation and quotation with coordinating with engineering, procurement, suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring accurate project costing. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed, MTO, cost estimates for oil & gas equipment, fabrication, Installation at Onshore and Offshore and EPC projects. * Review technical specifications, drawings and client requirements. * Preparation of MTO, float the enquiry and follow the Client provided AVL and specifications. * Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare tenders, proposals and cost reports. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess project risks. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure accurate estimates. * Maintain estimation records and ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * 3–5 years of estimation experience in the oil & gas, fabrication or EPC industry. * Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and oil & gas industry standards. * Experience in costing pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, piping, skid packages, structural steel, skids or process equipment is preferred. * Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation softwares. * Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills. * To maintain the on-time submission of bid.
