Estimation Engineer - Interior Fit out (FEMALE ONLY)

Key Responsibilities * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and MEP drawings. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze project costs including materials, labor, equipment, logistics, and overheads. * Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals within tender deadlines. * Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to clarify technical and commercial requirements. * Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality. * Raise RFIs (Request for Information) for any discrepancies or missing information in tender documents. * Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, and cost comparison reports. * Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive project costs. * Maintain an updated database of material prices, subcontractor rates, and historical project costs. * Assist during project handover by providing detailed cost breakdowns and supporting documentation. * Monitor market trends and material pricing to ensure competitive estimating. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience** in commercial interior fit-out estimation. * Proven experience handling **Office, Retail, F&B, and Showroom** fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery, gypsum works, flooring, ceilings, glass, metal works, and MEP coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines. Preferred Skills * Experience with turnkey commercial fit-out projects. * Strong supplier and subcontractor network within the UAE. * Knowledge of local authority regulations and industry standards. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
