EXECUTIVE PROJECTS COORDINATOR (Civil Construction)

We're Hiring: Executive Projects Coordinator **Location:** Sharjah, UAE Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in civil construction project coordination? We are looking for an experienced **Executive Projects Coordinator** to support project execution, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities * Direct follow-up on project and site operations. * Coordinate between executive management, project managers, and engineers. * Review work progress, schedules, and technical reports. * Follow up on execution issues and provide recommendations and solutions. * Attend technical and coordination meetings and prepare follow-up reports. * Monitor approvals, correspondence, and execution priorities. * Support executive management in controlling project performance and operations. Qualifications & Requirements * **ARAB National preferred** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.** * **10 years of UAE experience in contracting/construction companies.** * Strong hands-on experience in site management and project execution. * Excellent follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure. * Strong leadership personality and professional presence. * **Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office applications, as well as Primavera , AutoCAD, Revit .** * Valid UAE driving license. * Good command of English (spoken and written). Preferred Skills * Exceptional planning and time management skills. * Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities. * Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and project teams. * Professional presentation and report-writing skills. * Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with project stakeholders.
