Finance Director

Pepsi - Al Hayat is #hiring We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join our team in #Erbil.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization’s goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of the organization’s budget, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to meet financial obligations and manage working capital effectively.- Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns.- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.- Lead and develop the finance team, enhancing their skills and performance.- Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, building transparency and trust.- Implement cost control measures and operational efficiencies to enhance profitability.- Oversee financial systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree and / or CPA preferred.- 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with several years in a leadership role.- Experience using financial ERP software and tools, Oracle preferred.- Experience developing long-term financial strategies.- Fluent in English (Kurdish & Arabic are a plus).If you believe you are a strong fit for this role, please send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line “Finance Director.”#Pepsi #AlHayat #Hiring #FinanceDirector #Erbil #Iraq #FinanceJobs #Leadership #CareerOpportunity
