Job Purpose The Finance Manager leads and oversees the financial health, operations, and compliance of EGI. This role is responsible for directing end-to-end accounting processes, budget planning, financial reporting, and treasury management. The Finance Manager ensures full compliance with local regulatory standards, Iraqi tax and social security laws, and international reporting frameworks (IFRS). Leveraging modern ERP systems, specifically Odoo, the ideal candidate brings strong managerial leadership to optimize workflows, safeguard assets, and turn financial data into strategic business impact. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and full cycle closure. Drive the configuration, implementation, and daily management of Odoo ERP across all financial, sales, inventory, and analytic accounting modules. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS and the Unified Accounting System (النظام المحاسبي الموحد). Manage corporate tax compliance, income tax filings, sales/withholding tax, and direct coordination with the General Commission for Taxes (الهيئة العامة للضرائب). Oversee social security (الضمان الاجتماعي) calculations, monthly submissions, staff registrations, and compliance with local labor regulations. Build, monitor, and update corporate budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses alongside department heads and executive management. Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and intercompany settlements. Develop, implement, and enforce internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and approval matrix policies. Lead internal and external audit engagements, preparing audit schedules and resolving regulatory or compliance inquiries. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate finance team members to maintain high performance and professional growth. Knowledge In-depth understanding of the Unified Accounting System (النظام المحاسبي الموحد) and local statutory accounting regulations. Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Comprehensive understanding of Iraqi Tax Law and Social Security and Pensions legislation. St
