Finance Manager - FP&A

**Job Title:** Finance & Accounts Manager - FP&A **Location:** Fujairah Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced **Finance & Accounts Manager** to lead the finance function and ensure strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate must have significant experience within the **ports, marine, or maritime industry** and a proven track record of managing finance operations in a complex organization. **Requirements** * Chartered Accountant (CA) - **Mandatory** * MBA (Finance) or Company Secretary (CS) - Preferred * **12-15 years of post-qualification experience** in Finance & Accounts, including managerial experience within the **ports, marine, or maritime sector** * Strong knowledge of **IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and financial reporting** * Hands-on experience with **Oracle ERP Financial Systems** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, and statutory requirements. * Manage internal, external, and government audits. * Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. * Drive financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis. * Manage and optimize Oracle ERP financial systems. * Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. * Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, commercial decisions, and financial performance. **Key Competencies** * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent financial analysis and commercial acumen * Expertise in Oracle ERP and financial controls * Sound knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills **Preference will be given to candidates with proven finance leadership experience in ports, marine, shipping, or maritime organizations.** Work Location: In person
