Join Our Growing Manufacturing Business DPlast Manufacturing LLC is a rapidly expanding UAE manufacturer specialising in plastic products for the agricultural, horticultural and industrial sectors. We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and motivated **Finance Officer** to join our team and play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and supporting strategic business decisions. This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities As Finance Officer, you will be responsible for: * Managing the company's day-to-day financial and accounting functions. * Maintaining accurate financial records using **QuickBooks**. * Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. * Preparing and submitting **UAE VAT returns**. * Assisting with **UAE Corporate Tax** compliance and reporting. * Producing **Profit & Loss Statements**, **Balance Sheets**, and other management accounts. * Preparing weekly and monthly **cash flow forecasts** and reports. * Monitoring company cash flow and working capital requirements. * Analysing financial data and providing recommendations to management. * Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations. * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Monitoring customer credit limits and outstanding receivables. * Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting. * Supporting external auditors during annual audits. * Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations. * Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls. Essential Requirements Applicants **must** meet the following criteria: * Minimum **5 years' experience** in a Finance Officer, Accountant or similar role. * Strong working knowledge of **QuickBooks**. * Experience preparing: * VAT Returns * Corporate Tax calculations and compliance * Profit & Loss Statements * Balance Sheets * Cash Flow Reports * Financial Management Reports * Strong understanding of **Cost Accounting**, particularly within a manufacturing or production environment. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken). Highly Desirable Preference will be given to candidates with: * Manufacturing or industrial sector experience. * Knowledge of inventory valuation and production costing. * Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting. * Experience preparing reports for senior management. * Understanding of inventory control and stock management. * Experience dealing with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants **must**: * Have their **own vehicle** and valid UAE driving licence. * Be legally entitled to work in the UAE or be eligible for employment sponsorship. * Be willing to work full-time from our office in **KEZAD**.
