Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Iraq. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and internal policies. The Financial Reporting Manager oversees the consolidation of financial results from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Daily activities include analyzing variances, monitoring key financial metrics, supporting audit processes, and improving reporting templates and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with accounting and finance teams, implementing controls, and providing insight to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.Qualifications Strong expertise in financial statements and consolidation, with the ability to produce accurate and compliant reports.Solid foundation in finance and accounting, including knowledge of relevant standards and internal control frameworks.Advanced analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.Proficiency with financial reporting tools and spreadsheets; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are preferred.Experience in financial reporting or related roles, ideally within a multi-entity or multinational environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support leadership decisions.Fluency in English; knowledge of local regulations and reporting requirements in Iraq is beneficial.If you are intrsested pls share your cv with me at my email [email protected]
