Fit-Out Draftsman

**Position:** Fit-Out Draftsman **Location:** UAE **Salary:** AED 8,000–10,000 per month **Vacancies:** 2 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Fit-Out Draftsman** with **6–8 years of UAE experience** in a reputed fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. Knowledge of **Revit** and **BIM** will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed fit-out shop drawings, GA drawings, and construction drawings. * Develop ceiling layouts, partition details, joinery details, flooring layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and interior finishing drawings. * Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy. * Review consultant drawings and incorporate revisions into construction drawings. * Prepare coordinated drawings by resolving design and site conflicts. * Generate as-built drawings upon project completion. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards. * Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records. * Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * **6–8 years of UAE experience** as a Fit-Out Draftsman in a reputed fit-out company. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is mandatory. * Working knowledge of **Revit** and **BIM** is an added advantage. * Strong understanding of interior fit-out detailing, joinery, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, and finishing works. * Experience in preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred. Preferred Skills * Revit & BIM knowledge. * Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
