Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented and passionate **Full Stack Developer** to join our growing technology team in **Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates**. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance **web and mobile applications**. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using **Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL**. * Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services. * Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on performance and user experience. * Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. * Integrate third-party APIs and external services. * Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using modern DevOps practices. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. * Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and implement scalable solutions. * Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Required Skills & Experience * 4–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development. * Strong proficiency in **Node.js** with Express.js or NestJS. * Hands-on experience with **React.js** and **Next.js**, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG). * Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. * Experience with **PostgreSQL**, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. * Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices. * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. * Familiarity with **Nginx** for application deployment and configuration. * Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows. * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. * Knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment is an advantage. * Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nice to Have * Experience in React Native mobile application development, including native modules and publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. * Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or message queues. * Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools. * Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven applications.
