Global Product Manager

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details** Develop and implement product strategies for assigned product lines with a focus on business growth, market expansion, and long-term success. Manage the full product lifecycle, including product planning, development, enhancement, and localization for different regional markets. Work closely with internal teams to support the successful introduction, positioning, and promotion of new and existing products. Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans. Collect and evaluate customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product improvements. Monitor product performance, industry trends, and competitor activities, making strategic adjustments when needed. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Prepare reports, business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management review and decision-making. Use market analysis and business data to support product planning and drive informed commercial decisions. Identify potential business risks, product gaps, and market opportunities, then recommend practical solutions to improve overall performance. Support product training and provide relevant product information to internal teams when required. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA or Master's degree will be considered an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or a similar role. Experience managing international projects and working with cross-functional teams is preferred. International business exposure will be considered an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry will be an added benefit. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with close attention to detail and business results.
