Head Teller - Iraq / Karbala Branch

Job Purpose: To supervise daily teller and cash operations, ensuring accurate transactions, proper cash control, and high-quality customer service in line with the Bank’s policies and Central Bank of Iraq requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily teller activities and cash transactions. Monitor cash balances and ensure compliance with approved limits. Review and authorize teller transactions within assigned authority. Ensure daily cash reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies. Manage cash transfers and cash requirements of the branch. Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of cash and related documents. Support and guide tellers in daily operations. Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements, Bank policies, and CBI instructions. Maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in teller/cash operations.
