📢 JOB ANNOUNCEMENT | HOSPITAL MANAGERPosition: Hospital ManagerLocation: Iraq-Erbil Employment Type: Full-TimeSector: Healthcare / Hospital ManagementAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly accountable Hospital Manager to lead the overall operations and management of a newly opened hospital in Iraq.The successful candidate will take ownership of the hospital’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work efficiently, staff are properly managed, operational challenges are resolved effectively, and the hospital operates in accordance with Iraqi healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, hospital policies, and professional healthcare standards.This is a leadership position requiring strong experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, staff supervision, operational planning, and communication with government authorities and external stakeholders.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital.Lead, supervise, and coordinate hospital staff and different departments.Ensure smooth and efficient coordination between departments.Monitor hospital operations and identify areas requiring improvement.Establish, maintain, and improve operational procedures and workflows.Ensure hospital policies and procedures are properly implemented.Ensure compliance with Iraqi government healthcare regulations, licensing procedures, and applicable standards.Handle operational problems and ensure timely and effective solutions.Maintain high standards of accountability, professionalism, and responsibility.Monitor the performance of departments and employees.Support management in developing operational plans and improvement strategies.Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure continuous availability of required supplies, equipment, and services.Follow up on procurement, maintenance, facility, and operational requirements.Communicate effectively with hospital staff, suppliers, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.Represent the hospital professionally when dealing with government authorities and external organizations.Ensure required documents, licenses, records, and operational requirements are properly maintained.Support inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements when necessary.Identify operational risks and take appropriate corrective actions.Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, compliance, and patient-centered hospital operations.Promote a professional, respectful, and productive working environment.Handle confidential and sensitive operational matters professionally.Report significant operational issues and performance updates to senior management.🎓 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in Hospital Management or Healthcare Administration.Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare service deliv
