HR Manager

Lead and oversee all Human Resources operations, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Ensure compliance with applicable Iraqi labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop effective compensation, benefits, and employee engagement practices. Establish and maintain a strong performance-driven organizational culture. Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Maintain accurate HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics. Contribute to organizational development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other large-scale corporate environment.* Proven experience in a managerial or senior HR leadership position.* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.* Solid understanding of Iraqi labor laws and employment regulations.* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work effectively with senior management and a diverse workforce.* Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.* High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilityIf you are an experienced HR leader ready to take on a strategic role and make a meaningful impact within a leading industrial organization, we would like to hear from you.To apply:[email protected]
