Position: Human Resources Department ManagerLocation: Basra, IraqIndustry: Industrial / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities* Lead and oversee all Human Resources operations, policies, and procedures.* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.* Manage workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.* Ensure compliance with applicable Iraqi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.* Develop effective compensation, benefits, and employee engagement practices.* Establish and maintain a strong performance-driven organizational culture.* Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management.* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.* Maintain accurate HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics.* Contribute to organizational development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or other large-scale corporate environment.* Proven experience in a managerial or senior HR leadership position.* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.* Solid understanding of Iraqi labor laws and employment regulations.* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work effectively with senior management and a diverse workforce.* Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.* High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilityIf you are an experienced HR leader ready to take on a strategic role and make a meaningful impact within a leading industrial organization, we would like to hear from you.To apply:[email protected]
