Hiring at BCI Iraq | HR Section Head Job Location: BaghdadReports to: HR ManagerLooking for an experienced Human Resources Section Head to join our HR team in Iraq and lead key HR operations while supporting the mplementation of talent and people strategies aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise core HR operations, including employee services, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, attendance, and personnel administration.Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from workforce requirements and job descriptions through sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll, tax, social security, commissions, overtime, and HR reporting.Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, HRMS processes, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and policy violations.Oversee the medical insurance process, including employee enrollment, claims, invoices, approvals, and contract renewal.Support the performance management cycle, including KPI validation, objective setting, appraisal processes, and HRMS updates.Develop and oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and organizational performance.Support succession planning and career path frameworks to strengthen internal mobility and organizational capability.Prepare HR dashboards and financial scenarios related to headcount, payroll, merit increases, bonuses, commissions, and other HR costs.Conduct regular branch visits, identify HR needs, and coordinate appropriate action plans.Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events and related HR activities.Lead and develop the HR & Administration team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.8+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Strong experience across HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent management.Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR regulations.Experience working with HRMS/HR systems is preferred.A professional HR certification is an advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated resume to:[email protected] use the subject line: HR Section Head – Your Name#HringHR #HRHead #Jobs #Baghdad
